I love adventures. Whether it be around the world or to that burger stand with the best smash burger thousands of Yelp reviewers told me about, I’m there. Growing up I had the privilege to travel, see new sights, and try new foods, so when my guiding life principle of Work Hard Play Hard stopped working in my favor and I caught the not-enough-time modern day plague, followed by a side effect of burnout, I left a gaping hole on my resume. I later founded Ellen C Lee Organizer to regain a sense of control over what matters in my life. While helping others do the same, I fell in love with what efficiency can do for a person, a family, and life, period. My mission now is to create order to eliminate chaos, so you can see beyond the clutter to live your authentic life. l love Jesus, tacos, Hallmark channel movies, and leaving gaps on my calendar for possibilities. Today, you can find me creating and testing recipes on my Italian sensation husband in the beautiful hill country part of Texas.
